The Prada name is synonymous with glamour, prestige and quality. The rise of Prada popularity over the past decade has, in part, been down to global celebrities showing up at major events where the photographers / media are out in force. The pictures and video footage then ends up on the Internet and gets seen by millions of people who then want a pair of those stunning shoes they seen Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz or Miroslava Duma wearing.
Not to mention male celebrities who have had a major social influence. Of course, it's not just shoes that have this effect. It's every other piece of clothing too, from bags to belts. With many of Prada's designer shoe styles being completely exclusive to Prada, it can be hard to find similar designs being sold by other brands at a much cheaper price. Some try to replicate, but none have really come close to matching the overall quality and high-end finish.
These Prada's do remind me slightly of black leather Creepers. They have that distinctive platform, neat look from the side. However, if we compare their price tags to each other, they certainly do not match. Being a genuine pair of Prada platform style brogues, with a Leopard pattern finish, you have probably figured out that they are not going to be cheap.
But no original Prada footwear is. For a premium, almost Bespoke shoe, you must pay a premium price. Thing is with shoes like this is, if you know, you know. That means when you first laid eyes on these leopard brogues, did you fall in love with them, and instantly get that feeling where you know you just have to own them.
